What personal information does Popyn collect?
Popyn only collects information that is voluntarily provided by the user. The user can either provide their email address or sign up using their Facebook account. By providing their email, only the user’s email address will be collected. If the user signs in with their Facebook account, we will collect the user’s profile picture, email and interests. Before signing up with Facebook, the user will be notified what information from the user’s Facebook Popyn will collect.
How does Popyn use personal information?
The user’s email address will be used to notify the user when Popyn launches and any notifications from Popyn (e.g. events, promotions, changes in privacy policy). The user can sign up and create a profile on Popyn or sign in with their Facebook account so that they can attend events. The user’s profile picture and interests will be used to create a user profile that will be visible by other Popyn users. The user’s email will not be shared with other users.
What personal information does Popyn share with third parties?
The user’s email will not be shared with any third parties. The user’s profile, which consists entirely of personal information provided by the user, will be shared with other Popyn users. No personal information will be shared with any other third parties.
How can users modify or delete their personal information?
The user can modify of delete their personal information by emailing team@popyn.com.
How can users can opt-out of future communications?
To opt-out of future communications please email team@popyn.com with an empty message body and UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
